Customization options allow you to personalize the experience to your preferences. There are different layouts for viewing tasks, keeping track of lists, and managing calendars (including social media). Asana allows you to add members to your “team” allowing multiple people to collaborate.
One interesting thing to note is that if you sign up for Asana using an email that is known to be associated with a college or university (using a .edu email), you will be able to add multiple projects to your profile, something you cannot do with a standard email profile.
