SUNY Faculty Advisory Council on Teaching and Technology Guide to Optimizing Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education (2023)

SUNY the Faculty Advisory Council On Teaching and Technology (FACT2) charged a Task Group in May 2023 to research and explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can be optimized for teaching and learning. The committee’s first goal was to produce a preliminary report for faculty and instructional support specialists. This report explores the potential benefits and challenges associated with AI-based technologies and serves as a guide to add insight and value to those who read it. The task group will continue to add content and updated information to the report.
